How Does NSI® Protein Ultra-24 work?
NSI® Protein Ultra-24 is an advanced-formula shake that delivers 20 grams of whey, soy and casein protein that supply fast-, medium- and slow-acting proteins for a more prolonged, sustained release of amino acids into the bloodstream. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, necessary for the growth, maintenance and repair of muscle tissue. Soy protein is digested more slowly than whey protein, but faster than casein, making it a medium-acting protein source. In addition to promoting muscle protein synthesis, soy may also help enhance metabolism and support healthy cholesterol levels and cardiovascular health.
