Pygeum (Pygeum africanum) is an herb that is used to support prostate health in men. It is often used in combination with saw palmetto for this purpose. Pygeum may help alleviate the swelling associated with prostate issues. Pygeum is also seen to help positively influence flow.¹
Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) has been traditionally used by herbalists to promote urinary tract and sexual health. Today, saw palmetto is used to help promote healthy prostate function and to enhance the proper flow and frequency of urination.²
Also contains 20 mg Vitamin B6 and 15 mg Zinc, important for healthy prostate function.
