Rhodiola Rosea is an herb that has what is known as "adaptogenic functions." An adaptogen is a substance that promotes the body's resistance to stresses such as trauma, anxiety and bodily fatigue.
Rhodiola promotes the release of mood-modulating neurotransmitters norepinephrine, dopamine and serotonin and may support increases in beta-endorphins that help reduce pain and improves mood.
Other Ingredients: Kosher hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), cellulose and magnesium stearate.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 2 vegetarian capsules daily or as directed by a physician.
